Welcome to the volunteer application webpage for the National Disaster Animal Response Team (N-DART) of The Humane Society of the United States.  As those of you with an interest in animal welfare look for ways to apply your skills in disaster response to the plight of animals caught in dangerous situations, we want to thank you for considering The HSUS N-DART.  As you know, animals depend on their human companions for health and safety but in a disaster this need is often left unmet.  This is why we appreciate and value your interest in joining us to help provide valuable disaster response services to animals and their human companions in their time of need.  By applying to become a member of our team, we trust that you recognize the importance of this undertaking and the tremendous opportunity it represents.
